Pick Up Guidelines
- Customers should fill in the accurate pick-up date, time, contact phone number, email address and other information carefully. We shall not be responsible for any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate information.
- Please pick up the product at the selected location according to the date and time of the order. Pick up time is 1:00pm-3:00pm , 3:00pm-5:00pm , 5:00pm-7:00pm.
- Customers must present your order confirmation number upon arrival to pick up your products. Soulgood Bakery has the right to reject the pick up otherwise.
- You can present either a printed or a mobile version for this activity after ordering.
- If you or the authorised person is unable to share the requested information during order collection, Soulgood Bakery reserves the right to collect the person’s information for security reasons.
- If an order is not being picked up on the specified date, the order will be deemed forfeited and no refund will be made.
Delivery Guidelines
- Customers should fill in the accurate delivery date, time, contact phone number, email address and other information carefully. We shall not be responsible for any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate information.
- We only deliver within Hong Kong SAR (excluding Outlying Islands, Lantau Island and remote areas).
- Should you wish to deliver your order to multiple locations or partially, please place your order separately.
- If you need delivery service, our shop has 3 time slots for collecting cake every day, which is 1:00-3:00pm, 3:00-5:00pm, 5:00-7:00pm.
- Unless otherwise stated, delivery of product (“Product”) is handled by a third-party provider (“Courier Provider”). Your information will be provided to the relevant Courier Provider to facilitate the delivery
- Pick Up from Driver: The delivery location will be in an area that can be reached by the delivery truck. If the delivery location is a paid parking lot, the driver has the right not to enter the parking lot or ask you to pick up at a nearby location
- Customers need to ensure that someone receives the products within the delivery time, otherwise the driver has the right to charge overtime waiting fees or send the food back to Soulgood Bakery. Soulgood Bakery will not make any compensation, delivery fee or remake the products.
- Delivery times shown are estimates only and actual delivery time may vary depending on factors that are not controlled by us and/or the Courier Provider (e.g. Product quantity, distance, time of day (peak periods), weather conditions, traffic conditions, etc.
- Free delivery will be provided upon spending over $1600 of an order.
- $100 delivery fee to Kowloon District
- $120 delivery fee to Hong Kong Island (Central, Eastern & Western District)
- $160 delivery fee to Hong Kong Island (Southern District)
- $180 delivery fee to New Territories
Severe Weather Arrangement Guidelines
- If typhoon signal no.8 or above, or black rainstorm warning is hoisted/lowered during business hours, all shop pickup and delivery service will be cancelled. The order will be picked up/ delivered on the next business day. There will be no refund and reschedule.
