淡墨以白蘭樹下氈酒作基調，結合 Urban Coffee Roaster 的埃塞俄比亞淺焙精品咖啡，

白蘭樹下特別釀製濃郁版本的淡墨獨家供應予 Soulgood Bakery，

經烘焙師 Anjaylia 反複試驗烘焙，終於成就了這個提拉米蘇巴斯克芝士蛋糕的黃金比例

巴斯克芝士蛋糕加入由 Urban Coffee Roaster 泡好的咖啡，手指餅浸上適量淡墨，

蛋糕面層配奶香厚淳、順滑嘅馬斯卡彭芝士及鮮忌廉，灑上毫不吝嗇分量的法國可可粉。

Soulgood Bakery® Original "Three Layers" Basque Burnt Cheesecake Series

Collaboration with local gin brand Perfume Tree Gin and coffee brand Urban Coffee Roaster to make this unique Tiramisu Basque Burnt Cheesecake

The Basque Burnt Cheesecake is added to the Ethiopia coffee beans that brewed by Urban Coffee Roaster,

and the ladyfingers is filled with a special version of sugar-free coffee liqueur "Pale Ink" from Perfume Tree Gin

The cake is topped with creamy, smooth mascarpone cheese and sprinkled with French cocoa powder.

In addition to the softness of the cheesecake and the silky smoothness of tiramisu,

the sweetness of the cheesecake, the aroma of coffee and coffee liqueur are also perfectly balanced😍

This is very rich regardless of the level and taste, exuding a strong coffee flavor!

Cakes are further divided into four levels:

1) Non-alcoholic 🙂

2) SOBER entry level 😛

3) TIPSY basic level 😙

4) DRUNK alcoholic level 😎

We use the premium egg directly imported from Japan, best quality cream cheese from America

and a healthy recipe with less -30% sugar to create the best melt-in-your-mouth texture consistent in every style and

flavour of cheesecake on offer.

*It is a soft center texture basque burnt cheesecake.

*Please enjoy after chilling it in the fridge and place the cake at room temperature for 20 minutes.

*If you don't finish the entire cake on the day, please place your cake in the fridge to keep for tomorrow.
